Expanded the R&D team and enhanced technical expertise in Grignard reactions, diazotization, hydrogenation, nitration, and supercritical reactions. Undertook custom R&D and production projects for domestic and international clients.

Achieved ISO9001 Quality Management System certification. Products obtained EU REACH registration, Turkey KKDIK registration, and ROHS certification.
2011 – 2015
Introduced advanced equipment including high-pressure hydrogenation systems, vacuum drying units, and nitrogen generation systems. Built the R&D center with HPLC, GC-MS, and other advanced analytical instruments.

It can be said that the 2015 Lanzhou Forum on Green Catalytic Technology brought together industry, academia, and research. What anti-aging agent is suitable for acrylate rubber?
Acrylic rubber (ACM) is a specialty rubber with a saturated main chain structure, offering excellent resistance to heat, oil, ozone, and ultraviolet radiation. It is particularly suitable for manufacturing rubber products (such as oil seals, O-rings, gaskets, and hoses) used in high-temperature (<200°C) thermal oils, lubricants containing sulfur and extreme pressure additives, as well as transformer seals and cables exposed to outdoor environments. It can replace nitrile rubber in certain applications to enhance product performance or substitute for expensive fluorocarbon rubber to reduce costs.
